In 2019, Maria Martinez Sylvester moved to Newland, NC and began to notice the need of the local children for adequate basic necessities. Along with the help of family and life long friends she started "Anne's Kids" as way to honor her mother and meet the needs of her community. Working hand in hand with the schools we seek to bridge the gap for students with economic needs by providing the opportunity to donate in a convenient manner.
